Sales Consultant - Payroll/HR Outsourcing

As a Sales Consultant, you will:
* Take a leadership role in prospecting, qualifying, proposing and closing leads serving a customer segment that includes entrepreneurs and small business;
* Work with Business Owners, CEOs and CxOs to translate their business problems into Outsourcing Solutions, with an ability to sell based on value;
* Monitor Customer Service through and beyond the Implementation Phase, selling additional services to customers as their needs change;
* Identify and develop sales channels;
* Develop a business plan with the VP Sales which details the quota, target customer base, products and methods to be used to meet or exceed plan;
* Maintain sales database with accurate forecasting; and
* Attend and participate in bi-weekly Sales meetings.
Qualifications:
* University Degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
* Minimum 4+ years experience in an outside sales role developing new business
* Successfully met your last two sales quotas and on track for the current fiscal year.
* Excellent prospecting skills, with an ability to maintain strong relationships after the sale has closed
* Excellent presentation and selling skills;
* High level of business integrity and work ethic;
* Experience selling Payroll Service Bureau and/or HR Outsourcing a plus; and
* Must have own vehicle to travel throughout assigned geography.
